Episode 12 – It seems disrespectful, but it’s coming from a place of love

Folks, I think we have a new tagline. After Anthony Rags on Middle-Earth: Shadow of War’s bland serving of video game soup, we dive into the stuff we love, including talk about Yonder (aka the nicest checklist ever made), the music-mixing card game DropMix, the 3DS remake of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, cyberpunk narrative adventure The Red Strings Club, and the macabre puzzles of Rusty Lake Paradise, as well as a special shout-out to the Better Than Speed podcast.

(Also, apologies on the inconsistent levels for the podcast; we had some technical hiccups with the source audio files. We’ll make sure things are good to go for next time.)

If you’re not backing us yet, head on over to patreon.com/continuepodcast. A contribution of at least $5 a month will get you let you listen to the show a day early, give you access to the exclusive Continue Podcast Discord channel, along with exclusive podcast content. This week’s bonus segments include an intro how Overcooked made Susan late for the recording session and an outro about “mature” games that actually earn the designation.
